Smart Meeting Assistant
The Smart Meeting Assistant is an agentic AI-powered workflow orchestrator designed to automate post-meeting management. Developed for the IBM Hackathon 1-Day AI Challenge, it employs a team of specialized AI agents—Understanding, Action, Follow-Up, and Q&A—that collaborate to clean transcripts, detect decisions and risks, extract tasks with assigned owners, and answer targeted queries. By automating post-meeting documentation and workflow management, it eliminates manual coordination overhead and ensures critical insights are never lost in the noise.
